Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Voiser AI Reply (the "Service") operated by Voiser ("Voiser", "we", "our", "us"), based in İstanbul, Türkiye. By installing the Chrome extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Voiser AI Reply is a Chrome extension plus cloud backend that drafts, translates, and polishes replies to reviews on Google Play and Apple App Store, using third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini). The Service is sold on a subscription basis with a free trial tier.
Features, limits, and pricing may change. We will notify registered users at least 30 days before any material reduction in functionality or increase in price.
3. Accounts and access
Free Trial users are identified by a device-generated UUID. Paid users have an email and an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any usage incurred under your key is your responsibility.
If your key is compromised, contact security@voiser.ai immediately and we will rotate it.
4. Plans and payment
- Free Trial: 1 app, 5 AI replies, no credit card required. No expiry.
- Starter / Pro / Enterprise: monthly subscription billed in advance. Your plan quota resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- Credits: optional top-up pool that decrements ahead of the monthly quota. Credits do not expire unless you cancel your subscription.
- Refunds: within 14 days of a paid subscription's first charge, unused quota is refundable on request. After that, fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges — the current period remains accessible until its end date.
- Taxes: prices exclude VAT and similar taxes. Where we are required to collect them, they are added at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law, defames any person, or incites violence, self-harm, or discrimination.
- Submit reviews that you don't have legitimate authority to reply to (e.g. impersonating another app's developer).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections of the extension or backend.
- Scrape, abuse or overload the Service — we enforce rate limits and may suspend accounts that exceed them persistently.
- Share your account credentials or API key with unauthorized parties.
- Use the AI output in a way that violates the AI provider's policies (Anthropic, Google).
Violations may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of unused subscription fees.
6. Your content
You retain full ownership of everything you upload to the Service — review texts you paste, CSVs, FAQ content, brand guidelines, and any edits you make to AI-generated replies. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content strictly as required to provide the Service (translation, reply drafting, Master Guide construction). We do not use your content to train models available to other customers, nor do we license it to third parties beyond the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy.
7. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses AI models that can produce inaccurate, biased, or offensive output despite our safeguards. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated reply before publishing it to an app store. The bilingual verification panel exists precisely so you can check the output in your own language.
We disclaim liability for any damage caused by an AI reply you publish without reviewing.
8. Intellectual property
The extension code, backend, branding, and documentation are owned by Voiser and licensed (not sold) to you for use within the subscription term. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service.
Trademarks: "Google Play", "App Store", "App Store Connect", "Chrome" are trademarks of their respective owners. Voiser AI Reply is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Apple.
9. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when practical.
Enterprise plans include a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) with credits for qualifying downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiser's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event are we liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination
- By you: cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings tab. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (e.g. prohibited use), with prior notice where feasible.
- Effect of termination: your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request export first. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue in force.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of İstanbul, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer law.
